The player will bear full responsibility for transactions on his account. Procedure of deposits and winnings payments is described in the corresponding sections of the Help menu. Minimum withdrawal is $10.

The player must observe the bonus policy of the Casino if he receives bonuses. The player has the right to refuse bonuses before placing the first bet. The bonus policy of the Casino is described in the Bonuses section of the Help menu.

On communicating in the Casino chat using insulting and obscene words and expressions is inadmissible. SurpriseCasino.com administration has the right to use any means towards such players up to blocking their accounts. If questions of the legality of the player's actions arise, SurpriseCasino.com management reserves the right to require the player to provide photocopies of their passport, driver's license, of any other valid ID, and photocopies of the both sides of the bank card of the player in case of a bank card deposit. If the player fails to present the requested information within 7 calendar days of the request, SurpriseCasino.com management reserves the right to block the player's account.

SurpriseCasino.com management reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet. If questions of the legality of the player's actions arise SurpriseCasino.com management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the player' bets and to block the player's account at any moment. In case of a dispute the player should contact the management by any available means as described in the Contacts menu. Decisions of SurpriseCasino.com management are final and can not be appealed. The player must review the rules of the Casino at least once a month. The player cannot maintain the right to play or make any other operations on his account in SurpriseCasino.com if he doesn't understand and accept all the rules of the Casino, general as well as the rules of regular events and promotions. SurpriseCasino.com reserves the right to change the present rules at any time without preliminary notification to the player.

Making deposits the player confirms his consent to receive SurpriseCasino.com distributions.

SurpriseCasino.com reserves the right to inform the player of regular lotteries, promotions and any changes by any possible means. By accepting present rules the player confirms his having read and accepted the above in its entirety.
